Samsung Repair Services
Galaxy S, Note, A series, and foldable repair. Lifetime warranty on screen replacements. Most repairs done in 30 minutes.
Why Samsung Owners Choose Us
Samsung Galaxy phones are some of the most advanced devices on the market, and they need to be repaired by people who actually understand them. We’ve been repairing Samsung phones in Albuquerque since 2016, including the latest Galaxy S series, Note series, A series, and the foldable Z Fold and Z Flip lineup.
Three things set our Samsung repair work apart:
- Premium OEM-quality parts: We use high-grade replacement parts that match the original specifications for display quality, touch response, and battery performance. The cheap aftermarket parts most discount shops use will leave you with color shifts, slow touch response, and shorter battery life.
- Board-level repair capability: We do micro soldering work on Samsung logic boards, which means we can fix issues most repair shops can't touch. Charging IC failures, water damage at the board level, and component-level repair are all done in shop.
- Foldable repair experience: Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip phones use complex hinge mechanisms and inner foldable displays that require specialized tools and technique. Most shops won't touch them. We do.
Lifetime warranty applies to every Samsung screen replacement we perform, please see our warranty page for full terms and conditions.
Samsung Models We Repair
We service every major Samsung Galaxy model:
Older Samsung phones including the Galaxy J series and earlier S models are also serviced. Parts for older models may need to be ordered, so call ahead so we can check stock.
Samsung Repairs We Handle
We’ve been repairing Samsung phones since 2016. Whether your screen is cracked, your battery won’t hold a charge, or your foldable inner display has failed, we likely cover it. Walk in for a free diagnostic and we’ll tell you exactly what’s going on.

The most common Samsung repair we do. Galaxy phones use AMOLED displays, which are gorgeous when working but expensive to fix when broken. If your screen is cracked, has dead pixels, shows green or pink lines, has unresponsive touch areas, or won't turn on at all, the display needs to be replaced. Most Galaxy S and Note repairs are completed in 30 minutes when parts are in stock.

If your Galaxy used to last all day and now drops to 20 percent by lunch, shuts off randomly when the battery still shows 30 or 40 percent, or gets uncomfortably hot during charging, the battery has worn down. Samsung batteries lose capacity over time, especially after two or three years of heavy use. A fresh battery brings the phone back to full-day performance.

Phones that won't charge unless you wiggle the cable, charge intermittently, or only work when the cable is held at a certain angle usually have a damaged or dirty USB-C port. Samsung's USB-C ports collect lint and debris easily. Sometimes a thorough cleaning fixes it. Other times the port needs to be replaced, which we can do in shop.

Front camera not focusing, rear camera showing a black screen, blurry photos, or autofocus failing. Samsung's multi-lens systems on the S and Note series can have any of the lenses fail individually. We diagnose which module is failing and replace only what's needed.

Cracked back glass on Galaxy S series and other Samsung phones is a common cosmetic and structural repair. We use a laser separation method to remove the old glass cleanly without damaging the wireless charging coil or internal components, then fit a replacement that matches the original finish. Usually 1 to 2 hours.

If your Samsung has been dropped in water, exposed to liquid, or shows signs of moisture damage like a flickering screen, distorted audio, charging issues, or random shutdowns, bring it in as soon as possible. Samsung phones are water-resistant, not waterproof, and the seals weaken over time. We open the phone, clean the internal components, and address any board-level corrosion. Time matters with water damage, every hour the phone sits, corrosion gets worse.

Galaxy Z Fold and Z Flip phones have unique repair needs that most shops can't handle. The inner foldable display, the outer cover screen, and the hinge mechanism all require specialized tools and technique. If you have a foldable that needs work, call ahead so we can confirm parts availability for your specific model.

Calls sounding muffled, the other person can't hear you, music playing from one side only, or no sound on speakerphone. Both the earpiece and bottom speakers, along with the microphones, can be repaired or replaced.

For more complex Samsung issues like charging IC failures, faulty audio chips, water damage that affected the logic board, or phones that won't turn on after a drop, we do board-level repair work in shop. Most repair shops in the area can't do this kind of work because it requires specialized soldering equipment and experience. If another shop has told you your phone isn't repairable, bring it to us for a second opinion.

Could be the battery, the charging port, water damage, or in some cases a board-level issue. We'll diagnose it for free and tell you what's going on before any work begins. If you're not sure what's wrong with your Samsung, bring it in. The diagnostic is free, and you'll get an honest answer before you commit to anything.

Repair Times and What to Expect
Most Samsung repairs are completed within 30 minutes when the part is in stock. That covers the majority of screen replacements, battery replacements, and charging port repairs on common Galaxy S, Note, and A series models.
Repairs that take longer:
- Back glass replacement: Around 1 to 2 hours due to the laser separation process
- Foldable repairs: Inner display and hinge work can take 2 to 4 hours depending on the model and the issue.
- Water damage and board-level work: Timing depends on what's found.
- Older models or rare configurations: Parts may need to be ordered
We’re upfront about timing before you leave the phone with us. If a repair is going to take longer than expected, you’ll know before we start.

Frequently Asked Samsung Repair Questions
What kind of parts do you use for Samsung repairs?
We use premium OEM-quality replacement parts that match the original specifications. We’re not a Samsung-authorized repair partner, but the parts we use are tested and reliable enough that we back screen replacements with a lifetime warranty.
How much does a Samsung screen replacement cost?
Pricing depends on the model. Newer Galaxy S Ultra and foldable models cost more than standard S models, A series, or older Galaxy phones. Call us at +1 505-336-1907 for an exact quote, or stop in for a free diagnostic.
Can you repair a Galaxy Z Fold or Z Flip inner screen?
Yes. Foldable inner displays are repaired in shop. Most local repair shops won’t touch foldables. Call ahead so we can confirm parts for your specific model.
Will a screen repair affect my fingerprint sensor or face unlock?
On most Samsung models the in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock continue to function with a properly installed quality replacement screen. Cheap aftermarket parts can cause issues with these features, which is why we don’t use them.
Is my data safe during repair?
For screen, battery, charging port, and most external repairs, your data is not touched. We don’t access your photos, messages, or accounts. For water damage or board-level repairs, we always recommend backing up first because deeper repairs can occasionally affect storage.
Do you offer mail-in repair for Samsung phones?
Yes. If you’re not in Albuquerque, we accept mail-in Samsung repairs. Contact us first so we can walk you through how to ship the phone safely and what to expect.
My phone won't turn on after I dropped it in water. Can you save it?
Maybe. The faster you bring it in, the better the chance. Don’t try to charge it or turn it on yourself, that can cause more damage. Bring it in immediately for diagnostic.
How long does a Galaxy screen replacement take?
For most newer Galaxy S, Note, and A series phones with parts in stock, around 30 minutes. Foldables and older models may take longer.
