Tablet Repairs We Handle
Whether your screen is cracked, your battery won’t hold a charge, or your tablet won’t turn on, the issue almost always falls into one of these categories. Walk in for a free diagnostic.
The most common tablet repair we do. Cracked glass, unresponsive touch, dead pixels, lines on the display, or a screen that won't turn on at all. Tablet screens are larger and more delicate than phone screens, so they cost more but the repair process is similar. Most tablet screen repairs are completed in 1 to 3 hours when parts are in stock.
Tablets that drain fast, shut off when the battery still shows charge, or get hot during charging usually have a worn-down battery. Most modern tablets have sealed batteries that require opening the device to replace. We do this in shop.
Phones that won't charge unless you wiggle the cable, charge intermittently, or only work when the cable is held at a certain angle usually have a damaged or dirty USB-C port. Samsung's USB-C ports collect lint and debris easily. Sometimes a thorough cleaning fixes it. Other times the port needs to be replaced, which we can do in shop.
Tablets dropped in water, spilled on, or exposed to moisture need to come in fast. Most tablets aren't water resistant, and liquid damage gets worse the longer the device sits. Time matters with water damage.
Tablets that won't boot, get stuck on startup screens, freeze constantly, or have other software-related issues. We diagnose whether the issue is software or hardware and handle most software fixes in shop.

Yes. Many shops only handle iPads and Galaxy Tabs because those are the easiest. We service every major brand and most less common ones too. If another shop turned you away, bring it to us.
